JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree
  • Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
  • Ensure all invoices and vouchers have been properly recorded before month end closing.
  • Checking double entries for Sales Invoices, Payment Vouchers and Official Receipt before final posting.
  • Updating Fixed Asset Register, Deposit, Insurance and any other related schedule from time to time basis.
  • Check and ensure temporary accounts, such as AP AR in transit, Bank in transit and Recharge account has been properly cleared every month end.
  • Preparing Journal Voucher for Insurance, Interest Expense and any other accruals on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare management report on a monthly basis
  • Full-Time position(s) available.

  • Working Hours: Regular hours, Mondays-Saturdays
