JOB DESCRIPTION

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree
-
Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

Ensure all invoices and vouchers have been properly recorded before month end closing.

Checking double entries for Sales Invoices, Payment Vouchers and Official Receipt before final posting.

Updating Fixed Asset Register, Deposit, Insurance and any other related schedule from time to time basis.

Check and ensure temporary accounts, such as AP AR in transit, Bank in transit and Recharge account has been properly cleared every month end.

Preparing Journal Voucher for Insurance, Interest Expense and any other accruals on a monthly basis.

Prepare management report on a monthly basis
